Our Heartbeat

Feedback from our staff is crucial to building a thriving culture that promotes transparency and seeks to correct anything that deviates from the mission of WinShape Camps. With that said, the leadership of WinShape Camps wants to offer every staffer, regardless of role or camp location, a digital space to give constructive feedback and/or raise awareness of an issue. Each submission will go directly to the appropriate offsite leader that has authority over the respective camp program. While you are free to submit this form anonymously, providing your name guarantees that a leader can personally and discretely follow up with you and investigate the issue. We take all feedback seriously and hope to engage staff as they have a unique perspective that leaders don’t always see.
