Because you are now a part of the WinShape family, we want to invite you into an exciting and fun opportunity. For every person that you recruit for WinShape this summer, you will earn a $100 bonus on your first paycheck this summer! All you have to do is submit information through the form linked below, and all they have to do is complete the application and the interview. Both must be completed for your recruits to count towards a bonus. Once we see your recruit has completed an interview, you will then qualify for a $100 bonus!
For every staff that you recruit to complete an interview, you will receive an extra $100!
Not only will you receive a cash bonus, but we have some other fun prizes as well! Every couple of weeks leading up to staff training, we will be giving away items you don’t want to miss out on! As soon as you submit a recruit in the form below, you will automatically be entered to win the current giveaway. The more you submit, the more entries and a higher chance you’ll have at the prize!

The Fine Print
For every staff that you recruit to work, you will receive an extra $100! Here are a few things to note:

🫡Staff who are currently committed to serving in Summer 2025, both new and returning, are eligible to participate in this recruiting incentive that will be active throughout the spring. A recruit is defined as someone who has completed both an application and an interview to be a staffer next summer.

💸Staff will be able to earn $100 for every recruit they bring to WinShape for next summer.

🚩Regarding the giveaway gifts: Any gift that is won will be subject to taxes taken out of the first paycheck of the summer and any subsequent paychecks necessary until full taxation has been withheld; gifts won during the spring will not be awarded until after arrival at Staff Training; once the gift is available to the Summer Staffer, taxes will be removed as outlined above .
